No shortage of places to eat in Atlanta, near campus has some good options. Not a mile from campus you can find steakhouses, tex-mex, seafood, italian just to name a few. Flavors are full at the highly regarded Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, great sides and entrees, this place can’t be beat according to some regulars. This lovely steakhouse is less than a mile from campus, so no worries for traveling! Goldfish is also a nice place if you’re looking for some seafood dishes in a classy setting. The atmosphere is lovely with a fish tank and waterfall greeting you, definitely worth a look. Hotlanta as they call it, Atlanta boasts warm and humid temperatures in the Summer and very mild conditions in the winter months. High temperatures in the summer can reach close to 90 degrees, and in the Winter the highs average a little above 50 degrees. It can, very rarely get cold in Atlanta, with records dipping below zero.
